Without accurate information, we cannot make an honest decision as to whether our program is likely to be helpful for your son or daughter, and we cannot design the most effective type of treatment program. Please be sure to carefully complete the application with full disclosure and to return it to us as soon as possible.

The parent information packet contains valuable information for parents enrolling a child into a Catherine Freer program. It is recommended that all parents read the packet if they are enrolling their child into one of our programs.
