Parent Satisfaction Survey
At Catherine Freer, we regularly request that parents of our clients fill out a satisfaction survey so that we may monitor and improve upon the quality of the services we deliver. Below find some of the survey results that were tallied from responses from 2005 to July 2006.
Ninety-eight percent of parents agree that they would recommend our wilderness expedition programs to another family.
